Become the Lead Trainer for the Emergency Response Team in Wells, British Columbia, and ensure a high standard of emergency preparedness and response effectiveness. Drive training and compliance activities within the mine.

This pivotal ERT Lead/Trainer role involves leading emergency response training programs, coordinating drills, and maintaining operational readiness across the site. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Emergency Response Team complies with the latest industry standards and local regulations. Your leadership will be crucial during emergency incidents, along with your ability to foster a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead training and mentorship for Emergency Response Team (ERT)
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans




• Coordinate and lead emergency response drills
• Conduct risk assessments for emergency preparedness
• Ensure readiness of emergency response supplies

Requirements:
• Proven background in emergency response leadership
• Knowledge of British Columbia mining regulations
