As the Equipment Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance, field service, and equipment logistics. Your leadership will enhance equipment uptime, reliability, and safety while fostering collaboration between Operations and the Equipment Division. This role is crucial for maximizing efficiency and compliance in maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the HSF maintenance program for Western Canada
• Supervise technicians and plan weekly maintenance meetings
• Develop and monitor preventative maintenance schedules




• Review oil sample results and perform root cause analysis
• Coordinate all drill rig mobilizations and inspections

Requirements:
• Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician or equivalent
• 10+ years heavy equipment maintenance experience
• 5+ years in a leadership position
• Experience with foundation drilling equipment preferred
• Valid driver's licence
