In this dynamic position, your primary responsibilities will include providing legal counsel for EOR operations and overseeing legal aspects of payroll and time products. By partnering with key stakeholders, you’ll ensure that Rippling adheres to complex regulations while driving the compliance culture. Reporting directly to the Assistant General Counsel, your contributions will impact the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Offer employment advice to EOR HR Advisors
• Counsel teams on wage and hour product legalities
• Assess compliance with employment regulations
• Draft key legal documents for EOR use
• Collaborate across departments to optimize products

Requirements:
• 5+ years in legal roles, in-house or firm
• Comprehensive knowledge of employment law
• JD or equivalent law degree necessary
• Knowledge of EORs and PEOs advantageous
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
