Ausenco is seeking a Flotation Technical Lead to join our Process/Metallurgy team in either Vancouver or Toronto. This critical position demands a professional with a wealth of knowledge in flotation operations and proven leadership abilities. You'll oversee technical aspects of flotation design and development while training and mentoring your team in site-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of flotation circuits for diverse ore types
• Provide mentorship to metallurgists on test work interpretation
• Coordinate with OEMs for effective equipment performance
• Oversee optimization projects for existing operations
• Facilitate site-based training on flotation best practices
Requirements:
• 10+ years of operational and engineering flotation experience
