Reporting to the VP Operations, your role will entail the development of lean operations plans targeting efficiency and quality enhancements. You will be instrumental in facilitating team training, managing projects, and ensuring successful integration of Lean methodologies throughout the facility. Emphasizing collaboration and strong leadership will be key to achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Lean tool usage to eliminate waste
• Develop culture and initiatives with the Lean council




• Partner with leads to fulfill site metrics
• Create Lean Roadmap for the facility
• Communicate improvements to product management and sales teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of related experience
• Experience mentoring and coaching teams
• Solid background in process improvement
• Solid analytical and project management skills
