Ledcor seeks an experienced Maintenance Foreperson to oversee Heavy Duty Mechanics and Fuel & Lube Technicians. You will forecast maintenance needs, manage inspections, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Collaborating with construction teams, your leadership will enhance operational efficiency on site while diagnosing equipment malfunctions and ensuring timely repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Heavy Duty Mechanics and Fuel & Lube Technicians
• Manage preventative maintenance and emergency repairs
• Ensure equipment inspections meet Ledcor standards
• Diagnose faults and support necessary repairs
• Maintain and update equipment maintenance schedules
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of leadership experience
• Red Seal Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
• Robust knowledge of Caterpillar, John Deere, and Komatsu
• Proven commitment to safety practices
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
