Stampede Culinary Partners seeks an Accounting Manager in Cambridge, ON, to lead financial processes and team development. Elevate accuracy in financial reporting and build a high-performing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for all dimensions of financial accounting, reporting, and internal controls within the Canadian food manufacturing sector. As part of the finance team, you'll ensure compliance and regularly liaise with U.S. operations. This position engages with budgeting, forecasting, and the critical analysis of financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Analyze variances in financial and operational results




• Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting initiatives
• Foster team development through mentorship and training

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience
• At least 3 years leading accounting teams
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in manufacturing is essential
