As the exclusive employee of the Foundation, you will report directly to the Board of Directors and ensure compliance with all governing regulations. Ideal candidates are purpose-driven leaders with experience in the charitable sector, adept at managing multiple responsibilities and stakeholders. Your efforts will strengthen governance, improve grant processes, and expand the Foundation’s outreach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and oversee the recent governance framework
• Coordinate financial operations and budget support for the Board
• Lead grant administration and due diligence processes




• Develop systems for tracking applications and funding decisions
• Support internal communications and engagement strategies

Requirements:
• Leadership experience in nonprofit organizations
• Strong understanding of Canadian charitable governance
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of grantmaking and compliance requirements
