In this role, you will lead the Prairies & North Wildlife team, reporting to the Director of Ecology and EIA. Based in key Canadian cities, your leadership will connect innovative solutions with real-world wildlife impacts. Prioritizing team success, you will enhance WSP's wildlife service footprint through effective mentorship and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct project execution for diverse wildlife initiatives
• Foster mentorship and employee engagement in the team
• Monitor operational and financial performance metrics
• Collaborate with directors for multidisciplinary solutions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Degree in Biology, Ecology, or Environmental Science
• At least 8 years of experience in environmental consulting
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Skilled designation or eligibility for registration
• Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
