Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team focused on data platform and observability initiatives
• Improve automation and CI/CD practices for engineering teams




• Establish up-to-date patterns for data ingestion and monitoring
• Partner with Data Architecture to align platform standards
• Drive legacy platform modernization to GCP and Databricks

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
• 5+ years in cloud engineering or software engineering
• 3+ years managing engineering teams in tech
• In-depth experience with data platforms and CI/CD tools
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
