We are looking for an accomplished veterinarian to join our client's leadership team and oversee clinical strategy for multiple medical facilities. This permanent, full time position directly reports to the Chief Executive Officer, with 30% travel to enhance clinical operations and organizational health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement national medical protocols and standards
• Champion continuous improvement and clinical governance
• Lead and coach senior DVM leaders across the organization
• Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory practices
• Foster collaboration across hospital teams and corporate leadership
Requirements:
• Accredited DVM education with eligibility for licensure in Canada
• At least 10 years of companion animal clinical experience
• Extensive experience in multi-site clinical leadership
• Proven track record in clinical governance and strategy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
