Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure clinical monitoring and compliance with GCP
• Manage site recruitment, training, and communications




• Escalate risks related to project timelines and budgets
• Conduct regular oversight and audit trail reviews
• Develop corrective action plans when necessary

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or RN, or equivalent experience
• Experience leading clinical trial teams and projects
• Knowledge of Positive Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Occasional travel requirement, around 20%
