Key Responsibilities:
• Support underwriting of real estate investment opportunities
• Analyze financial data using Excel and Argus models




• Conduct thorough due diligence reviews of investment materials
• Present investment strategies to the Investment Committee
• Build connections within the commercial real estate community

Requirements:
• 2–4 years in private equity or real estate
• Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• Experience in advanced financial modeling and analysis
• Proven track record of attention to detail
