Lead quality resident care as the Manager Health Services at Southern Health-Santé Sud in Gladstone. Oversee health care management and enhance processes within a dedicated team.

This permanent, in-person position is anchored at the Gladstone Health Centre. The Manager Health Services will implement regional policies, monitor budget resources, and manage human resources effectively. With at least 3 years of clinical experience, you will guide quality improvements and risk mitigation efforts in line with Southern Health-Santé Sud's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality resident care in the Personal Care Home
• Implement and evaluate regional health policies and guidelines
• Manage budget allocation and human resource tasks




• Drive quality improvement and risk management initiatives
• Support education and research within the facility

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in relevant clinical area
• Minimum 2 years in health care management preferred
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
• Current active registration with Manitoba nursing bodies
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required
