The candidate must be able to use industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other waste.

The candidate will be responsible for making minor adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as contacting tradespersonsfor major repairs.

The candidate must contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.

The candidate will be responsible for performing minor repairs to appliances.





The candidate must perform security and safety checks.

The candidate must supervise other workers.

The candidate must move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.

The candidate must perform otherroutine maintenance tasks such as painting and drywall repair.

The candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.

The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a related industry.

The candidate should be dependable.

The candidate must have excellent oral communication skills.

The candidate should be organized and versatile in nature.

The candidate must be capable of acting on their own initiative.

The candidate should have good judgemental skills.

The candidate should be reliable.
