In this role, you will report to the Reliability Superintendent and focus on establishing systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce system failures. You will lead initiatives like Root Cause Analysis and collaborate closely with planning and operations teams. This position aims to foster a culture of continuous improvement through reliability best practices implemented across all fixed plant maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement reliability strategies for mining equipment
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify failure mechanisms




• Collaborate on maintenance planning and reliability integration
• Drive Total Productive Maintenance culture in the department
• Monitor risk matrices for equipment reliability

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of reliability engineering experience
• Proven application of reliability practices in mining
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems like SAP
• Robust analytical skills and effective communication
