In this role, you'll manage the entire ERP implementation process from discovery through go-live. Engaging with customers, you will analyze their business needs and tailor solutions to enhance efficiency, translating those needs into custom configurations. Your responsibilities will also include training users and ensuring a smooth transition while supporting pre-sales efforts when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full lifecycle ERP implementations for clients
• Conduct needs analysis and business process mapping
• Configure and customize Acumatica and Business Central




• Train Super Users and end users effectively
• Support pre-sales demonstrations and project scoping

Requirements:
• Proven ERP implementation experience in Acumatica or comparable systems
• Solid communication with diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of financial reporting and transactions
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities
