Join the Hemlo Mining team as a Senior Production Planner based in Marathon, Ontario. This role focuses on strategic scheduling and planning to enhance underground mining operations.

You will be an integral part of the Technical Services team, reporting to the Senior Production Engineer. Your responsibilities will include supporting short-term production planning, scheduling, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure safe and effective mining procedures. Strong collaboration with Geology and Operations will be key to optimizing ore recovery and monitoring production performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with short-term underground production planning
• Support scheduling tasks for development operations




• Monitor key production performance metrics
• Collaborate with technical teams for productivity
• Conduct underground inspections for improvement opportunities

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent
• Eligibility for Ontario EIT registration
• Underground mining experience preferred
• Knowledge of mine planning software advantageous
• Physically fit for fieldwork including lifting requirements
