This full time position involves providing direct support and care in a community-based live-in program. Key tasks include monitoring activities, logging client progress, and ensuring safety within the facility. Your experience working with youth and families will enrich the lives of those you support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement life skills programs tailored for youth
• Monitor and support client participation in activities
• Record necessary information for client development
• Perform safety checks throughout the facility
• Engage clients in community and program activities

Requirements:
• Completed diploma or degree in Social Services or equivalent
• Must work flexible hours, including all shifts
• Experience with children and youth is an advantage
• Bilingualism (English/French) is mandatory
• G2 driver’s license required; G Class preferable
