As part of the Commercial Legal team, you will engage in legal research and support policy development across various business functions. A J.D. or LLB is required, coupled with 2-4 years of experience in in-house or commercial law. Your work will focus on negotiating contracts and offering risk-based legal guidance for operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and independently negotiate commercial agreements
• Research and analyze applicable legal regulations
• Maintain and develop contract templates and guidance




• Provide risk-based legal advice for business questions
• Collaborate with teams to facilitate contract execution

Requirements:
• J.D. or LLB from an accredited university
• 2-4 years of legal practice, focusing on commercial law
