The City of Winnipeg is looking for an accomplished leader to manage the comprehensive delivery of the NEWPCC Upgrade Program. This executive role combines strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring the project meets its ambitious objectives while fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Promote transparency and governance throughout the program lifecycle, helping to shape Winnipeg’s infrastructure landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the NEWPCC Upgrade Program from planning to operational readiness
• Main oversight of budget, scope, and governance




• Align and engage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Manage risks and uphold solid project performance
• Foster partnerships with contractors and funding agencies

Requirements:
• Engineering or Construction Management degree required
• 10-15 years managing major capital projects
• Experience with projects valued over $500 million
• Demonstrated skills in risk management and procurement
• Expertise in public-sector infrastructure initiatives
