This role champions compliance with GMPs, emphasizing operational efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute experimental processes for innovation
• Guide laboratory activities aligned with quality management
• Assist sales with scientific and technical product knowledge




• Lead initiatives to uphold safety protocols
• Coordinate R&D; projects from concept to commercialization

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related fields
• At least 5 years in industrial, pharmaceutical settings
• Experience leading diverse R&D; initiatives
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
