Manage FTTH construction and inspections with telMAX in York Region. This role combines leadership with expertise in telecom projects, ensuring compliance and quality from start to finish.
In this position, you will oversee Fiber to the Home projects as the Construction & Inspections Manager. Reporting to the VP of Construction and Design, you will coordinate project deliverables while fostering relationships with stakeholders. Your leadership will ensure that all activities meet stringent quality, safety, and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee FTTH project coordination and documentation
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Prepare detailed project plans and budget estimates
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Manage project changes and documentation tracking
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in the construction and telecom sector
• Familiarity with project management software
• Robust leadership and communication abilities
• Knowledge of FTTH construction methodologies
• Valid driver's license necessary
