• Negotiate and draft commercial and partnership agreements
• Ensure maintenance of corporate records and compliance

Requirements:
• J.D. with membership in Alberta Law Society
• Over 5 years of legal experience, preferably in-house
• Knowledge in SaaS and corporate law
• Experience in board processes and equity administration
• High level of organization and self-direction
