The Fleet Project Management Office is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead significant vessel programs, managing multiple projects that impact the fleet's operational efficiency and performance. This role emphasizes collaborative leadership, risk assessment, and stakeholder management, offering the chance to significantly influence the future of our marine services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complex vessel programs from planning to in-service phases
• Facilitate integrated lifecycle planning for fleet assets
• Provide decision-quality information for governance and performance
• Address and escalate potential program risks effectively
• Lead and support FPMO project teams in best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years in marine or infrastructure projects
• Proven multi-project capital program leadership
• Strong stakeholder coordination abilities
• Class 5 driver’s licence required
