We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Clio’s Product Led Growth team. Your primary focus will be on crafting user-friendly onboarding experiences that lead to successful activation within the critical first 120 days. Through your designs, you'll make Clio indispensable for law firms, ensuring they derive full value from our products.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end design of onboarding across Clio platforms
• Identify customer drop-off points and drive design improvements
• Develop engaging in-app guidance for user onboarding




• Partner with teams to define customer activation metrics
• Design tools for our onboarding and migration teams

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in product design, SaaS experience preferred
• Proven ability in designing user journeys and experiences
• Familiar with tools for analyzing customer engagement data
• Excellent cooperative skills with PMs and engineers
• Proficiency in design software like Figma and affiliate tools
