Reporting to the Vice-President of Horticulture Development, your focus will be on guiding a dedicated team while overseeing essential operations across locations in Calgary, Guelph, and St. Hubert. Your innovative strategies will drive both crop yields and quality while implementing best practices for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational excellence to enhance growing processes
• Manage environmental systems alongside Head Growers
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Quality standards




• Work collaboratively on trials for new agricultural products
• Coach and develop team leadership and performance standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Horticulture or Agronomy
• 5+ years in controlled environment agriculture management
• Strong understanding of pest management in hydroponics
• Proven track record in agriculture strategy implementation
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapid-paced setting
