You will be responsible for emergency procedures, compliance with safety laws, and the enhancement of employee awareness programs. Collaborate across departments to cultivate a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all health and safety hotel operations
• Develop and deliver safety training programs
• Conduct safety audits and report on findings
• Monitor emergency response and communication systems
• Lead security initiatives for events and guests

Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant leadership experience
• Valid BC Security Worker License and First Aid certification required
• Proven ability to handle sensitive security situations
• Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in security systems and Microsoft Office
