We seek a skilled SAP PM Lead who will provide day-to-day support and functional leadership within our SAP S/4HANA system. You will manage a team of SAP Functional Analysts, improving maintenance processes through effective collaboration with business units such as Operations and Supply Chain. Your role is vital in ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and mentor a team of SAP analysts
• Support the full maintenance lifecycle processes
• Partner with business stakeholders for requirement gathering
• Develop specifications and enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve production support issues
Requirements:
• Over 8 years of functional experience in SAP PM
• In-depth knowledge of SAP PM transactional processes
• Proven experience with enhancements and UAT
• Capability to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with asset-intensive sectors is a plus
