In this role, you will spearhead the development and integration of programs at Foundry Centres, ensuring they resonate with community needs. Collaborating with diverse stakeholders, you’ll assess operational plans and support quality improvement initiatives. Your leadership will facilitate effective program delivery, empower local teams, and uphold the highest standards of service integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead local service implementation and fidelity projects
• Develop evidence-based knowledge resources for teams




• Validate readiness of sites and manage change initiatives
• Chair interdisciplinary meetings for project updates
• Collaborate on data collection and evaluation processes

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in health care field
• 5-7 years' related experience with youth services
• BC Driver's License and access to vehicle
• Knowledge of health systems and regulations
• Strong project management skills
