Your strong organizational and leadership skills will be key in delivering a welcoming community environment. You will also be responsible for training a diverse team and ensuring adherence to housing policies while fostering resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service to staff and residents
• Supervise and train a diverse team effectively
• Assist with the onboarding of new residents




• Oversee daily housing operations and communications
• Manage lease agreements and departmental statistics

Requirements:
• Experience leading a team of 15+ employees
• Robust conflict resolution and empathy skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
• Valid class 5 license required
• Prior experience in property management is preferred
