Serve as a Psychiatrist within the Vancouver Early Psychosis Intervention Program at Vancouver Coastal Health. Engage with youth suffering from psychosis to provide tailored, compassionate mental health care.

In this part-time role, you will collaborate in a team addressing the needs of youth and young adults aged 13-30. Focus on an integrative approach to care, including medication management and diverse therapeutic interventions. Promote cultural safety and recovery-oriented practices throughout your practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose psychiatric conditions in young patients
• Administer medication, and execute therapy plans
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team setting
• Provide necessary crisis intervention and support
• Foster community engagement and support resource access

Requirements:
• Current full registration with CPSBC
• CCFP and FRCPC eligibility required
• Appointment with UBC Faculty of Medicine is beneficial
• Solid background in psychopharmacological practices
• Community outreach visits may be part of the role
