Become the ATD Learning Lead, managing quality training programs for BIOVECTRA in Windsor, NS, and Charlottetown, PEI. Your focus will be on regulatory compliance and effective training delivery.

In this vital role, you will oversee the identification and creation of key training programs that align with regulatory standards. Facilitate essential learning sessions and manage training schedules across the ATD-Canada sites. Partnering with operational leaders, enhance personnel development initiatives and ensure training compliance with Health Canada and ICH guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver learning programs for personnel
• Manage recent employee onboarding and GMP training courses




• Maintain training records in the Learning Management System
• Evaluate training effectiveness and compliance programs
• Support instructor-led training and trainer qualification programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least four years in GMP-quality management
• Proficient in training facilitation and content development
• Experience with metrics and trending analysis
• Familiarity with LMS and quality systems
