As part of ELFHT’s dedicated healthcare specialists, you will provide vital mental health services and collaborate closely with a variety of disciplines. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct mental health assessments and provide counseling services
• Maintain a clinical caseload aligned with evidence-based practices
• Facilitate collaboration among healthcare providers for effective care




• Guide patients in connecting with community resources
• Engage in local initiatives focused on mental health improvement
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
• Must hold registration with Ontario College of Social Workers
• Minimum of 2–3 years clinical experience preferred
• Robust skills in clinical assessment and management necessary
• Knowledge of the Mental Health Act beneficial
