In this role, you will work with diverse squads on a temporary full-time basis for 12 months at Cogeco. As an Agile Coach, your focus will be on promoting Agile methodologies, mentoring teams, and facilitating transformational change within the organization. Your expertise will ensure that we deliver high-quality services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor squads in Agile and Lean methodologies
• Partner with leadership to implement effective Agile practices
• Guide teams to measure key performance and improvement metrics
• Champion a culture of agility and responsiveness
• Analyze data to provide insights for team performance
Requirements:
• At least 5 years in an Agile environment, 3+ in a coaching capacity
• Mastery of Agile metrics with proven improvement impact
• Agile certifications such as ICP-ACC or DAC
• Experience managing change in organizations
• Proficient in Agile tools like Jira and Confluence preferred
