In your role at Aecon, you will report to the Director of Aecon University, driving the adoption of the Civil Integrated Management System (CIMS). This involves closely working with project teams and subject matter experts to turn complex operational requirements into comprehensive learning solutions that support effective project lifecycle implementation. Your expertise will help ensure that every stakeholder has the necessary knowledge and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Align learning strategies with operational needs and initiatives
• Develop engaging educational resources supporting CIMS
• Establish stakeholder partnerships and validate training content
• Track training success and gather learner feedback
• Analyze gaps and continuously improve learning offerings
Requirements:
• Degree in Learning & Development or related fields
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience
• Competence in managing complex projects
• Proficiency with learning design software
• Solid business acumen and communication skills
