Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of Supply Chain, this role demands a strategic leader in the Further Processed sector. Key responsibilities include demand, supply, inventory planning, and driving integration through the S&OP; process. You will work closely with multiple departments including Finance, Operations, and Logistics to foster cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the Further Processed Supply Chain strategy
• Lead integration across demand, supply, and production planning
• Identify opportunities to enhance service and reduce costs




• Facilitate executive S&OP; decision-making and scenario analysis
• Monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
• 10-15 years of supply chain leadership experience
• University degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Skilled designations such as APICS or Lean Six Sigma preferred
• Proven experience in integrated business planning processes
• Exceptional analytical and financial management skills
