This Clinical Pharmacist position involves overseeing drug dispensing, monitoring utilization, and managing clinical information. You will collaborate with physicians and nurses at Almonte General Hospital, ensuring compliance with pertinent regulations and enhancing patient outcomes. Your solid clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacy laws will be vital

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services
• Verify and dispense prescription medications accurately
• Educate patients and staff on medication use




• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and standards
• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
• Registered with the Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Proven clinical proficiency in medication management
• Familiarity with health care regulations and standards
• Prior experience in a hospital pharmacy setting preferred

Contribute to a coordinated system of care by ensuring optimal medication management as a Clinical Pharmacist at MRHA.
