In this dynamic position, you will serve as a strategic advisor within the Office of Research. Your responsibilities will include leading strategic planning, conducting enterprise-level analysis, and overseeing cross-functional issue resolution. Collaborating with senior management, you will ensure that organizational effectiveness drives measurable outcomes and aligns with academic leadership priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct predictive analysis of research portfolio and performance indicators
• Synthesize strategic content for executive-level decision making




• Lead problem-solving efforts across organizational boundaries
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and propose enhancements
• Monitor and report progress against strategic goals

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience
• At least 2 years in a senior support role
• Proficient in analytical communication and briefing
• Familiar with performance measurement and process improvement
• Robust organizational skills and political sensitivity
