Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
• MD and CCFP Designation necessary
• Must be licensed in Ontario with good standing
• Sports Medicine Diploma through CASEM preferred
• Exceptional bedside manner and communication skills
• Required training in ultrasound guided injection therapies
