• Respond to significant changes in residents' conditions

Requirements:
• Active registration as a Registered Nurse
• Experience with seniors in healthcare settings
• Strong care coordination and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Recent Vulnerable Position Screening
