Under the supervision of the Area Supervisor, this position involves assisting in maintaining essential assets while ensuring safety procedures are followed. Engage in various tasks including snow removal and debris management, while operating equipment to enhance infrastructure reliability. Webber is committed to nurturing talent through challenging projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Remove snow and ice using specialized equipment
• Load and unload materials necessary for maintenance
• Keep highways clean by managing litter




• Operate vehicles for vegetation control maintenance
• Prepare for traffic control setups and emergency response

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 year in road maintenance or construction
• Ontario Class G driver’s license is required
• Completion of safety training in traffic control and first aid
• Able to operate heavy-duty tools and equipment
