Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach Business Analysts and UAT teams
• Implement best practices for Business Analysis and UAT
• Manage resource assignments across multiple initiatives




• Oversee UAT planning and execution for projects
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders for project success

Requirements:
• 5+ years in Business Analysis in financial services
• Experience leading User Acceptance Testing activities
• Proven history of managing multiple priorities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• University degree or equivalent experience, Agile knowledge is a plus
