In this critical position, you'll utilize your MATLAB/Simulink expertise and hands-on experience with dSPACE platforms. Your role will encompass the development and validation of integrated Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) simulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical leadership is essential for project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own propulsion thermal management plant models from development to maintenance
• Define model fidelity and validation criteria with stakeholders




• Develop and integrate real-time thermal models for vehicle systems
• Optimize models for deterministic real-time execution
• Integrate models with ECUs and vehicle thermal hardware

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years in real-time modeling using MATLAB/Simulink
• Experience with dSPACE HiL platforms and automotive embedded controls
• Hands-on knowledge of CAN, LIN, and automotive Ethernet
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
