Join Auduzhe Mino Nesewinong as a Dietitian to provide culturally safe nutrition care to Indigenous adults and children. This part time role allows you to shape health education and dietary improvement.
As a Dietitian at Auduzhe, your primary responsibility will be providing wholistic nutritional support within the community. You will assess nutritional needs, create educational materials, and facilitate health education for clients. Your expertise will be invaluable in working with clients facing diet-related health issues, including diabetes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and support nutritional needs of clients
• Develop culturally relevant educational resources
• Conduct health education sessions tailored to community needs
• Collaborate with multiple care providers for seamless support
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and care plans
Requirements:
• Licensed by the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Degree in dietetics or nutrition
• 2-5 years of community health experience
• Solid knowledge of social determinants of health
• Proven engagement experience with Indigenous populations
