Key Responsibilities:
• Seed, transplant, and prepare beds for planting
• Carry out manual watering and moisture checks
• Manage compost and soil health diligently
• Maintain greenhouse structures and tools
• Pack and prepare produce for local markets
Requirements:
• Experience with farming or similar outdoor work
• Able to handle different coastal weather conditions
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
• Self-reliant, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Preference for Haida candidates as per Human Rights Code
