Candidates should have a background in Electrical Engineering and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
• Control operations via SCADA and EMS platforms
• Dispatch instructions and execute switching orders
• Identify and respond to operational events effectively
• Maintain logs and ensure compliance with standards
• Support OCC initiatives and contribute to audits

Requirements:
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering required
• Previous customer service experience desirable
• Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Understanding of PV/BESS operations is an asset
• Flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts
