Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the Bridge to Work program effectively
• Build partnerships with employers and agencies
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs
• Manage recruitment of potential program participants
• Monitor job placements and performance through site visits
Requirements:
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience with diverse communities
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Knowledge of Employment Training programs
• Reliable transportation for site visits
