Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in operational leadership
• Engage with donors and customers courteously
• Accurately process cash and debit transactions
• Maintain an organized and appealing store layout
• Assist in stock management and inventory control

Requirements:
• Must have some high school education
• Two years experience in retail or warehouse roles
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently
• Successful background screening required
