As part of the Imagine Design team, you will manage the fit process, mentor junior members, and collaborate on the lifecycle of each product. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee fit execution for mid to high complexity styles
• Organize work according to development timelines
• Measure garments and maintain quality standards
• Lead fitting sessions and provide feedback
• Update technical specifications in relevant systems

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Design or similar
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Suite
• Familiarity with Flex PLM preferred
• Proven ability to communicate and mentor effectively
